The short version
We collect your email address if you give it to us, and we use it to send you what you asked for. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own use. You can leave at any time and we will delete it.
What we collect
Your email address, only if you enter it in one of the signup forms. We also record which page you signed up from, so we know which material is useful.
Anything you write to us when you send an email.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, information about your health, your mental state, or your circumstances. There are no questionnaires, self-assessments, or symptom checkers anywhere on this site, and we do not build them.
Analytics
This site currently runs no analytics and no third-party scripts at all. Nothing on these pages loads from another company's server, so no one else is watching you read. If that changes, this page will say so before it does.
Signups currently reach us by email directly. When we move to a mailing-list provider, this page will name them.
How to get removed
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also write to [email protected] and ask us to delete your address — we will do it and confirm, and we will not ask you why or try to talk you out of it.
Children
This site is written for adults. We do not knowingly collect email addresses from children under 13. If you believe a child has signed up, tell us and we will remove the record.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be announced to the mailing list.
