Legal status
A Learning Mind Institute is a Utah nonprofit corporation. Our application for federal 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status is pending.
Until the determination letter arrives we do not describe ourselves as a 501(c)(3), and donations to us are not tax-deductible. See Support our work for what that means if you are considering giving.

Board of directors
The board is being seated as part of formation. Directors will be listed here by name and role once appointed. We are not listing placeholder names.
Financial transparency
Once we have completed a full fiscal year and filed our first Form 990, it will be posted here alongside an annual report. We have not yet completed a fiscal year, so there is nothing to publish — and no figures on this site are estimates or projections presented as results.
Documents
Articles of incorporation, bylaws, and our conflict-of-interest policy will be published here as they are finalized. If you need any of them sooner for a grant application or due diligence, ask us directly and we will send what exists.
